What they need
Hanamhanum FS (CV Ranum induk buah ) adalah perusahaan Fresh Produce Supplier yang sedang berkembang pesat dan melayani kebutuhan Horeka di 24 kota. Kami mencari tenaga Admin yang jujur, teliti, dan bermental tangguh untuk bergabung dengan tim inti kami.
TANGGUNG JAWAB :
Kontrol Setoran.
Memverifikasi dan mencocokkan setoran tunai (COD) dari 40 kurir motor setiap harinya.
Administrasi Nota.
Mengelola surat jalan, nota tagihan, menginput penjualan dan stempel dokumen agar tertata rapi.
Pencatatan Biaya.
Menginput biaya operasional (BBM, Tol, Maintenance) ke dalam sistem (Google Sheets).
Laporan Harian.
Melaporkan posisi kas dan daftar piutang jatuh tempo kepada Pimpinan/Supervisor.
KUALIFIKASI :
Usia max 35 thn.
Pendidikan Min. SMA/S1 Admin.
Pengalaman Min. 1 tahun di bidang Admin (Diutamakan dari perusahaan logistik atau distribusi pangan.
