- Memiliki pengalaman menjalankan Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook) secara aktif minimal 2 tahun
- Memahami dasar Google Ads menjadi nilai tambah

- Berpengalaman dalam melakukan A/B testing Meta ADS (creative, audience, copy)
- Memahami strategi targeting, retargeting, dan funnel marketing
- Terbiasa mengelola dan mengoptimasi budget iklan secara efektif
- Memiliki kemampuan berpikir analitis, detail, dan berbasis data
- Pengalaman di bidang service / lifestyle / premium brand / Holistik menjadi nilai plus
- Diutamakan yang terbiasa mengelola campaign dengan objective conversion (leads / sales), bukan awareness
