What they need
Wajib:
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Admin/Operator toko Shopee (fashion category jadi nilai plus)
- Paham Shopee Seller Centre secara mendalam: listing, campaign, ads, settlement report
- Familiar dengan istilah: GMV, ROAS, CPC, konversi, komisi dinamis, cashback voucher
- Teliti dalam mengelola data (Excel/Google Sheets minimal level menengah)
- Mampu bekerja dengan target dan deadline, terutama saat big campaign
Nilai Plus:
- Pernah kelola toko dengan skala Rp100 juta+ GMV/bulan
- Familiar dengan tools analitik pihak ketiga (Pinter, Kalodata, dsb)
- Bisa multitasking antara Shopee dan platform lain (TikTok Shop, Tokopedia)
- Kreatif dalam membuat strategi promosi/diskon yang tetap menjaga margin
