Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Setup & menjalankan campaign iklan (Meta/TikTok/Google Ads)
- Monitoring & optimasi performa iklan harian
- A/B testing gambar, video & headline
- Melakukan riset keyword & audiens
- Membuat dan mengecek kelancaran landing page
- Memasang & memantau Pixel/Conversions API
- Memberikan laporan Spend vs Leads (harian/mingguan)
Kualifikasi
- Maksimal 30 tahun
- Minimal SMA/D3 (sertifikasi Digital Ads nilai plus)
- Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di posisi yang sama
- Memahami Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, atau Google Ads
- Analitis & terbiasa membaca data
- Memahami Pixel, Custom Audience, Lookalike Audience
- Terbiasa bekerja dibawah tekanan untuk mengejar target leads harian
- Teliti & Orientasi pada Detail
