What they need
Melayani informasi, permintaan dan keluhan atas jasa layanan INDIBIZ Telkom bagi seluruh pelanggan Telkom
Membuat eskalasi permasalahan pelanggan yang tidak dapat diselesaikan melalui tiket Cookies atau media lain yang ditentukan kepada fungsi Service Operation Support.
Mengidentifikasi dan mencatatkan tujuan atau permasalahan pelanggan/calon pelanggan baik yang datang ke Index ataupun melalui Whatsapp Index
Membantu pengawalan tim sales di area Index.
Meningkatkan efektivitas penjualan Indibiz di Index Area Masing-masing berupa Walk In.
Job Requirement
Pendidikan min. D3 semua jurusan
Customer orientied
Bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik
Bisa bekerja secara mandiri dan juga team
Pola pikir analitis, detail oriented dan mampu bekerja multi tasking
Aktif Bahasa Inggris
