Key responsibilities
- Mencari calon nasabah/debitur potensial secara aktif (canvassing, jaringan pertemanan, referensi, direct selling)
- Memasarkan berbagai produk kredit perusahaan (Kredit Usaha/KMK, Kredit Investasi, Kredit Konsumtif, KPR, dll.)
- Membangun dan memelihara hubungan baik (relationship management) dengan nasabah lama maupun baru
- Melakukan wawancara awal dan verifikasi kelengkapan dokumen calon debitur
- Melakukan survei lapangan (On the Spot) untuk menilai tempat tinggal, usaha, dan keberadaan aset jaminan
