Requirements:
- Pendidikan minimal Profesi Apoteker dan memiliki Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker (STRA) yang masih berlaku.
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai Apoteker di apotek (fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar).
- Teliti, komunikatif, dan memiliki integritas tinggi.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership (menjadi point plus) dan dapat bekerja sama dengan tim.
- Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan siap bekerja dalam sistem shift.
- Bersedia ditempatkan sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
Job Descriptions:
- Melaksanakan dan mengawasi seluruh kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai standar dan regulasi BPOM & Kemenkes.
- Melakukan pemeriksaan resep, memastikan ketepatan dosis, indikasi, dan potensi interaksi obat.
- Memberikan konseling dan edukasi obat kepada pasien.
- Membantu dalam kegiatan stock opname dan penanganan obat kadaluarsa.
- Melakukan penataan obat di rak penyimpanan sesuai sistem FEFO/FIFO.
- Terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan edukasi, promosi kesehatan, dan pengembangan standar pelayanan farmasi.
