Memantau penggunaan obat yang rasional serta memberikan pelayanan obat kepada pasien, keluarga pasien, dan tenaga kesehatan lain yang membutuhkan untuk memastikan pengelolaan dan penggunaan obat yang sesuai dengan standar, kebijakan, hukum, dan regulasi yang berlaku.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan:
- Memiliki pendidikan S1 Profesi Apoteker.
- Memiliki STR aktif.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidangnya minimal 1 tahun lebih disukai (lulusan baru dipersilahkan melamar).
- Memiliki tanggung jawab dan komunikasi yang baik.
- Bersedia ditempatkandi Siloam Hospitals Medan.
