Kualifikasi
- Lulusan D3/S1 Analis Kesehatan atau ATLM (Ahli Teknologi Laboratorium Medik)
- Berpengalaman sebagai "application specialist" atau menangani alat kimia klinik di Laboratorium Medis minimal 1 tahun.
- Memiliki STR aktif
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, dan interpersonal yang baik
- Memiliki minat belajar yang tinggi
- Bisa berbahasa Inggris pasif maupun aktif
- Bersedia bertugas keluar kota untuk membantu promosi, presentasi, dan training.
Job description:
- Memberikan pelatihan/edukasi tata cara penggunaan alat kepada tenaga medis
- Membantu proses running awal/uji coba alat
- Menjadi kontak utama saat klien mengalami masalah terkait kendala aplikasi
- Melakukan perjalanan ke luar kota untuk instalasi, training maupun presentasi teknis
- Membantu verifikasi/validasi metode tes serta QC
- Menyusun laporan kunjungan, materi training, feedback pelanggan
