Kualifikasi
Pendidikan minimal S1 Arsitektur
Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang perencanaan bangunan/properti (fresh graduate dengan STRA aktif dapat dipertimbangkan)
Memahami proses dan persyaratan PBG (Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung)
Menguasai software desain (AutoCAD, SketchUp; familiar dengan tools AI-assisted design jadi nilai plus)
Teliti, mampu bekerja dengan deadline proyek yang ketat
Domisili Jombang atau bersedia relokasi
Mampu bekerja secara kolaboratif dengan tim non-teknis (marketing, BD)
