- Membantu Manager Plasma dalam penanganan program plasma perusahaan.
- Bekerjasama dengan pengurus koperasi menjalankan administrasi kebun plasma dengan baik.
- Memastikan akurasi data administrasi dan dokumentasi plasma sesuai dengan yang sebenarnya.
KRITERIA:
- Lulusan S1 dari Agronomi / Manajemen dan berpengalaman sebagai Asisten Plasma minimal 3 tahun di perkebunan kelapa sawit.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dan berdiplomasi yang baik dengan para stakeholder.
- Memahami terkait dokumen-dokumen terkait CPCL, SHU dan manajemen keuangan koperasi.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah operasional perusahaan khususnya Sorong.
