What they need
- Membantu Senior Foreman dan memangku tugas beliau semasa ketiadaan beliau.
- Memastikan tepung dibungkus mengikut keperluan dan spesifikasi yang ditetapkan.
- Memastikan tepung yang dibungkus mematuhi spesifikasi yang ditetapkan.
- Menjalankan pemeriksaan berkala serta ujian ke atas produk/peralatan tepung mengikut prosedur yang telah ditetapkan.
- Merekodkan kerja harian dalam rekod yang diperlukan.
- Mengenal pasti dan mengasingkan produk yang tidak mematuhi spesifikasi serta melaporkannya kepada pihak atasan.
- Menyelia pekerja kontrak dan memastikan kecekapan operasi serta kawalan kualiti yang sewajarnya semasa proses pembungkusan.
- Melaksanakan prosedur GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) dan HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
- Melaksanakan sebarang tugas lain yang berkaitan apabila diarahkan oleh Syarikat dari semasa ke semasa.
