- Melakukan analisa kebutuhan fasilitas kantor
- Melakukan analisa biaya atas penyediaan dan perawatan seluruh fasilitas dan sarana kantor
- Menjalin hubungan kerja dengan vendor penyedia fasilitas
- Membuat prosedur kerja inspeksi dan pemeliharaan fasilitas
- Menyiapkan laporan asset dan beban biaya kantor
- Menangani komplain yang berkaitan dengan sarana dan prasarana kantor
- Melakukan evaluasi dan monitoring terhadap semua team GA
Kualifikasi:
- S1 semua jurusan
- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun diposisi yang sama
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan intrapersonal yang baik
- Terorganisir dan tepat waktu
