Kualifikasi:
- S1 Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, atau jurusan terkait
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang HR, dengan pengalaman terakhir sebagai Assistant Manager HR
- Memiliki pengalaman di industri perkebunan kelapa sawit
- Berpengalaman menangani end-to-end HR, meliputi Recruitment, IR/ER, Performance Management, dan HR Administration
- Memahami peraturan ketenagakerjaan dan hubungan industrial
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, analisis, dan problem solving yang baik
- Bersedia ditempatkan di PIK, Jakarta
