What they need
- Menyusun ruang lingkup audit, jadwal, dan program kerja tahunan untuk setiap divisi.
- Menguji kesesuaian antara kebijakan/SOP tertulis dengan praktik aktual di lapangan melalui observasi dan pengumpulan bukti.
- Memeriksa data keuangan, inventaris, dan aset untuk memastikan keakuratan dan keandalannya.
- Menyusun laporan hasil audit secara objektif yang disertai dengan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk manajemen senior atau direksi.
- Memonitor dan melacak tindak lanjut perbaikan (corrective action) yang dilakukan oleh setiap unit bisnis berdasarkan temuan audit sebelumnya.
