What they need
- Minimal S1 psikologi, manajemen SDM, hukum, manajemen atau jurusan terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang HR, HR compliance, internal audit atau human capital.
- Memahami proses rekrutmen, pelatihan, penilaian kinerja, kompensasi, hubungan industrial dan administrasi SDM.
- Memahami peraturan ketenagakerjaan Indonesia (UU Ketenagakerjaan dan peraturan turunannya).
- Memiliki sertifikasi internal auditor atau sertifikasi HR seperti CHRM atau BNSP sesuai bidang SDM.
