Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal SMK (diutamakan Teknik Otomotif atau Teknik Mesin)
- Diutamakan berasal dari Kalimantan Barat, Khususnya Kab. Mempawah
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai mekanik kendaraan (alat berat & kendaraan ringan)
- Memahami sistem kendaraan (engine, hydraulic, electrical, drivetrain)
- Mampu melakukan troubleshooting dan perbaikan kendaraan secara mandiri
- Memahami dasar preventive maintenance dan inspeksi kendaraan
- Memiliki pemahaman terkait K3 di lingkungan kerja
- Disiplin, teliti, dan memiliki tanggung jawab tinggi
- Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim
