- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem part time
- Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK Tata Boga
- Pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai Baker (diutamakan industri kuliner)
- Menguasai teknik pembuatan roti, kue, pastry, dan dekorasi
- Mahir mengoperasikan peralatan bakery dan mengikuti resep
- Teliti, berorientasi kualitas, dan mampu bekerja mandiri/tim
- Memahami standar keamanan pangan (HACCP diutamakan)
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
Tanggung Jawab:
- Mempersiapkan bahan baku, mengoperasikan peralatan, dan memanggang produk
- Dekorasi dan menjaga kebersihan area kerja
- Mematuhi standar produksi dan keamanan pangan
