What they need
- Dapat membuat adonan di table dan membuat produk Roti/Danish (dari awal–akhir)
- Mengawasi seluruh proses produksi
- Menjamin kualitas produk sesuai standar Brand & SOP
- Mengatur jadwal produksi & koordinasi Team Baker
- Mengontrol penggunaan bahan baku & efisiensi operasional
- Membuat laporan produksi & evaluasi performa Team
Qualifications:
· Pendidikan Minimal SMU / Sederajat
· Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Leader Baker
· Leadership kuat, mampu mengelola Team
· Detail-oriented, disiplin dan terbiasa dengan SOP produksi
· Memahami standar hygiene & food safety
