What they need
- Menguasai produk coffee, non-coffee, donut, dan menu lainnya.
- Menyiapkan minuman coffee & non-coffee sesuai standar, termasuk kalibrasi dan pengoperasian mesin kopi.
- Memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada pelanggan sesuai SOP.
- Melayani pemesanan, pembayaran (kasir), dan rekomendasi menu.
- Melakukan topping dan finishing donat sesuai SOP toko.
- Menjaga kebersihan area bar, peralatan, dan area toko.
- Mengelola stok bahan, melakukan inventaris, dan melaporkan kebutuhan stok.
- Melakukan serah terima shift. briefing tim, closing sales, dan melakukan laporan operasional harian kepada leader team
