What they need
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal SMK/SMA/Sederajat
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Barista
- Mampu mengoperasikan mesin espresso, grinder dan perlaatan pendukung lainnya
- Aktif, komunikatif, dan terbiasa beriteraksi dengan customer
- Dapat bekerja secara tim maupun individu
- Kreatif & inovatif dalam membuat menu minuman
- Berpenampilan rapi dan bersih
Tanggung Jawab :
- Berinteraksi dan melayani customer
- Menyiapkan, membuat, dan menyajikan minuman sesuai dengan standar resep
- Merawat dan mengoperasikan alat-alat produksi minuman
- Membersihkan & menyiapkan peralatan minum
- Menjaga konsistensi rasa, kualitas, dan presentasi produk
Kompensasi :
- Gaji Pokok
- Makan 1 kali

- BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
