Tanggungjawab:
- Menyediakan dan membancuh kopi serta minuman mengikut standard syarikat.
- Menyambut dan melayan pelanggan dengan mesra.
- Mengambil pesanan dan memastikan minuman disiapkan dengan cepat dan tepat.
- Mengendalikan mesin kopi dan memastikan ia sentiasa dalam keadaan baik.
- Menjaga kebersihan bar dan kawasan kerja.
- Memberi cadangan minuman kepada pelanggan bila diperlukan.
- Menangani permintaan atau pertanyaan pelanggan dengan profesional.
