What they need
- Mencari calon nasabah blu by BCA Digital.
- Melakukan akuisisi dan pembukaan rekening blu by BCA Digital kepada calon nasabah.
- Melakukan edukasi serta memberikan informasi mengenai fitur dan layanan blu by BCA Digital kepada calon nasabah.
- Melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan (reporting) data nasabah secara berkala.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Sales, Marketing, atau posisi sejenis (pengalaman di perbankan menjadi nilai tambah).
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan persuasi yang baik serta mampu menjelaskan fitur-fitur blu by BCA Digital kepada calon nasabah.
- Bersedia bekerja secara mobile dan berpindah site sesuai area penempatan serta berorientasi.
- Berpenampilan rapi, profesional, dan percaya diri.
