- Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman di posisi yang sama minimal 3 tahun (diutamakan dibidang otomotif)
- Memahami proses bisnis dealer otomotif, meliputi Sales, After Sales Service, Spare Parts, dan operasional cabang
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan interpersonal yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, problem solving, dan decision making yang baik
- Berorientasi pada pencapaian target penjualan, profitabilitas, dan kepuasan pelanggan
