What they need
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Sipil, Teknik Konstruksi, atau bidang terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, Cost Estimator, atau Budget Controller.
Memiliki kemampuan kuat dalam menghitung volume pekerjaan, membuat analisa harga satuan pekerjaan.
Mampu menyusun RAB dan RAP termasuk membandingkan Budget vs Actual Cost.
Memahami pekerjaan struktur, arsitektur, sipil, dan MEP.
Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman kuat dalam pekerjaan struktur baja.
Mampu membaca dan memahami gambar teknik.
Memiliki kemampuan membaca spesifikasi teknis dan memahami metode pelaksanaan konstruksi.
Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan Spread Sheet.
Mampu menggunakan AutoCAD dan sketch up.
Teliti, sistematis, mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan serta memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik.
