- Menjalankan fungsi Building Facility Management yaitu Operations, Building & Facility Maintenance dengan sebaik-baiknya sesuai Policy, SOP serta arahan dari atasan.
- Familiar dengan Autocad mekanikal atau elektrikal
- Mahasiswa tingkat akhir atau fresh graduate Teknik Mesin/Elektro arus kuat
- Memahami dasar desain dan analisis mekanikal maupun elektrikal
- Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan komunikasi yang baik
- Teliti, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim
- Perawatan sarana dan prasarana yang ada.
- Melakukan perbaikan untuk sarana dan prasarana, termasuk mencari sparepart yang dibutuhkan
