Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik Listrik / Teknik Elektro / Teknik Mesin / Teknik Bangunan atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Teknisi Gedung / Building Maintenance / Engineering minimal 1 tahun.
- Memahami dasar kelistrikan, mechanical, plumbing, dan maintenance gedung.
- Mampu melakukan troubleshooting dan perbaikan fasilitas gedung.
- Mampu menggunakan peralatan kerja teknisi dengan baik.
- Memahami penerapan K3 dalam pekerjaan teknis.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift apabila diperlukan.
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
- Bertanggung jawab, disiplin, dan memiliki kemampuan troubleshooting yang baik.
- Penempatan: Ancol (Jakarta Utara)
