- Maksimal 26 tahun
- Fresh graduate atau max 1-2 tahun work experience

- Negosiasi dasar (siap diskusi, tidak langsung agree semua)
- Ramah, supel, adaptif dengan tim baru
- Resilient & siap menghadapi rejection (prospecting butuh persistensi)
- Jujur & terpercaya (komunikasi transparan, tidak overpromise)
- Cepat belajar (menerima feedback dengan baik)
- Excel/Sheets dasar (bisa filter, sort, chart sederhana)
- Bahasa Inggris B1 minimum (bisa baca email, tulis pesan)
