What they need
- Sales Canvassing (Direct Selling) – Melakukan penjualan langsung dengan mengunjungi kantor/calon klien secara rutin.
- Channel Partnership – Mengelola dan merawat leads yang masuk melalui mitra kerja (channel partners) agar tetap hangat dan terjaga hubungan baiknya.
- Lead Generation & Screening – Mengumpulkan prospek baru serta melakukan screening awal untuk memastikan semua leads sesuai dengan kriteria dan persyaratan teknis PT MMSR.
- Budgetary Preparation – Menyusun dan memberikan proposal indikatif (perhitungan anggaran awal) kepada calon klien sebagai gambaran kasar biaya dan penghematan.
- Site Survey Support – Mendampingi dan memfasilitasi tim teknis saat melakukan survei lokasi (site survey) ke tempat calon klien.
- Koordinasi & Handover ke BD Team – Berkoordinasi erat dengan tim Business Development untuk memastikan transisi proyek berjalan mulus, mulai dari tahap Budgetary, dilanjutkan ke tahap NBO (Non-Binding Offer), hingga akhirnya diserahkan (handover) penuh kepada tim BD.
