Job Description
- Mengembangkan strategi dan peluang bisnis baru untuk meningkatkan revenue dan pertumbuhan perusahaan.
- Membangun serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan client, partner, dan strategic partners.
- Mengidentifikasi market potential, tren bisnis, dan peluang kerja sama baru.
- Menjalankan proses pitching, proposal, negosiasi, hingga closing kerja sama.
- Memastikan pencapaian target Business Development dan revenue.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal untuk menciptakan dan menjalankan inisiatif bisnis yang impactful.
Requirements
- Minimal 2–3 tahun pengalaman di Business Development, Sales, Partnership, atau posisi terkait.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, dan negosiasi yang kuat.
- Berorientasi pada target, proaktif, dan memiliki kemampuan problem-solving yang baik.
- Memiliki networking yang luas dan mampu membangun hubungan bisnis jangka panjang.
- Memiliki business mindset dan kemampuan melihat peluang baru.
