What they need
- Mengembangkan dan melakukan ekspansi bisnis dengan melakukan survei lokasi yang strategis dan berpotensi untuk pengembangan bisnis.
- Membangun hubungan baik dengan pemilik lokasi atau mitra demi kelancaran proses negosiasi sewa atau kerjasama.
- Melakukan analisa persaingan pasar sesuai dengan hasil survei.
- Menyusun dan melaporkan hasil survei sesuai dengan ketentuan perusahaan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait lainnya untuk penyusunan kontrak sewa/kerja sama, serta administatif lainnya.
QUALIFICATION:
- Lulusan D3/D4/S1 Manajemen Bisnis atau bidang terkait.
- Disiplin, jujur, memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
- Mampu mengaplikasikan Microsoft Office seperti Word, PowerPoint, dan Excel.
- Aktif berbahasa Inggris menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi (SIM C) menjadi nilai tambah.
