What they need
Kualifikasi Umum:
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan
Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang call center
Usia maksimal 25 tahun
Komunikatif, ramah, dan memiliki kemampuan problem-solving yang baik
Mampu bekerja dengan target waktu respons (response time) yang cepat dan konsisten
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift (jika diperlukan)
Kompetensi Tambahan (nilai plus):
- Pengalaman menangani komplain nasabah di industri perbankan/fintech
- Familiar dengan platform digital banking atau aplikasi mobile banking
- Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris pasif/aktif
