What they need
- Memimpin briefing dan pembagian tugas jika supervisor tidak hadir
- Memastikan pelayanan berjalan sesuai SOP
- Menangani setiap problem yang ada di outlet secara langsung dan apabila tidak terselesaikan maka melaporkan supervisor atau grup OPR
- Memastikan operasional outlet berjalan dengan baik
- Bertanggung jawab menangani komplain customer
- Mengatur shift, pembagian tugas dan alur kerja tim frontliner
- Melakukan briefing, opening–closing
- Pelaporan operasional kepada atasan
- Melaporkan hasil closing outlet setiap harinya termasuk data administrasi seperti inventory, laporan sales dll.
- Melakukan setoran uang sales jika supervisor tidak hadir
- Siap membantu setiap lini pekerjaan karyawan outlet jika diperlukan
