What they need
SKOP KERJA
- Pantau staff dan pastikan staff menjalankan tugasan yang telah ditetapkan.
- Menyajikan hidangan masakan yang berkualiti dan menarik.
- Menyediakan bahan-bahan masakan & memberi arahan kepada kitchen crew untuk penyediaan bahan masakan.
- Pastikan bahan-bahan sentiasa cukup dan berada dalam keadaan yang baik.
- Kongsi dan reka menu masakan baru mengikut citarasa semasa pelanggan.
- Menyediakan menu masakan yang dipesan oleh pelanggan.
- Menyimpan bahan mentah mengikut SOP & FIFO (First In, First Out)
KELAYAKAN
- Mempunyai pengalaman sebagai chef/pembantu chef selama 1-2 tahun
- Mampu bekerja secara berdikari & bawah tekanan
- Boleh bekerja mengikut shift, hujung minggu & cuti umum
- Seorang yang berpengetahuan tentang pengendalian makan & kebersihan dapur
- Berupaya untuk berdiri dalam tempoh yang lama
