- Mampu memimpin dan mengawasi tim dapur serta berkomunikasi dengan baik.
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan menjaga standar kebersihan serta keamanan makanan.
Job Description :
- Mampu mengembangkan resep dan menciptakan menu makanan jepang
- Mampu mengatur persedian bahan
- Mampu mengelola tim
- Kreatif, inovatif, dan detail oriented
- Mampu mengelola budget, food cost, dan food waste
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi & kerjasama tim yang baik
- Fleksibel terhadap jadwal kerja
- Menguasai standar keamanan pangan
