- Melakukan quality control sebelum makanan disajikan.
- Memastikan station selalu bersih, rapi, dan tertata selama operasional.
- Mengontrol penggunaan bahan baku dan meminimalkan waste di station.
- Memastikan bahan baku disimpan dengan benar dan sesuai standar food safety.
- Memberikan arahan dan training kepada anggota tim di station.
- Melaporkan kebutuhan bahan, kendala operasional, dan kondisi station kepada Sous Chef/Head Chef.
- Membantu memastikan operasional kitchen berjalan cepat, efektif, dan konsisten.
