- Menjalankan fungsi kontrol untuk menjaga kualitas dan stabilitas makanan yang disajikan
- Mengontrol stock dan penggunaan bahan baku
Kualifikasi
- Maksimal 35 tahun
- Minimal SMA/SMK (Jurusan D3 Tata Boga atau Perhotelan lebih disukai)
- Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Head Pastry
- Memiliki passion di bidang F&B dan jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat
- Jujur, teliti, disiplin, rajin, bertanggung jawab, mau belajar, dan dapat bekerjasama dengan tim
- Penempatan di wilayah Pantai Indah Kapuk Jakarta Utara
