- Mampu menampilkan atraksi memasak (show cooking) basic (ex: knife, juggling) dengan gaya interaktif, ramah, dan menghibur tamu
Job Description:
- Memasak dengan atraksi sebari interaksi dengan tamu
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap kebersihan peralatan dan area teppan
- Dapat mengatur stok bahan baku serta menjaga kualitas dan konsistensi rasa
- Mampu menyesuaikan rasa dan penyajian sesuai standar brand / SOP restoran
- Bekerja sama dengan cook, waiters, barista, agar penyajian tepat waktu
