What they need
- Berpengalaman sebagai Chief Engineering 3 tahun atau lebih.
- Lulusan S1 Teknik Mesin/Listrik
- Kemampuan Leadership dan analisa yang kuat, mampu menyusun jadwal preventive maintenance.
- Menguasai MEP gedung, Master Control Fire Alarm (MCFA), Genset, Chiller, HVAC dan Lift. Bersedia ditempatkan dimana saja dan mampu mengoperasikan Ms.Office, AutoCAD
- Menjalan Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) dan Maintenance peralatan serta equipment gedung.
- Membuat Anggaran Operasional dan preventive maintenance di Dept.Engineering.
- Operasional sistem mechanical, electrical, dan civil instrument gedung.
- Mengatur jadwal dan tugas teknisi, serta membuat laporan rutin kepada atasan dan atau Building Manager.
