What they need
- Membuat perencanaan follow up untuk unit yang memiliki tunggakan tagihan.
- Membuat laporan realisasi follow up untuk unit yang memiliki tunggakan tagihan.
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim mengenai pembagian follow up tunggakan.
- Mengirimkan informasi tagihan ke konsumen secara elektronik.
- Memberikan solusi kepada konsumen mengenai cara pembayaran tunggakan tagihan.
- Melakukan kunjungan ke unit yang memiliki tunggakan tagihan.
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan (lebih disukai jurusan Ekonomi/Management).
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Collection/AR Supervisor.
- Menguasai Ms. Office.
- Memiliki komunikasi dan leadership yang baik.
- Penempatan di Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
