Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan
- Berpengalaman minimal 1 - 3 tahun di collection
- Pengetahuan mengenai Collection System
- Pengetahuan mengenai teknik analisa data tren pola hasil penagihan
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang baik
- Memahami peta wilayah penempatan dan bersedia ditempatkan di Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur
