What they need
Minimum S1, jurusan Sistem Informasi, Akuntansi, Manajemen Keuangan, Teknik Industri, atau jurusan terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Commercial, Sales Support, Sales Administration, Sales Operations, Order Management, atau posisi terkait.
Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan terbiasa mengolah data.
Memiliki kemampuan analytical thinking, logical thinking, dan attention to detail yang baik.
Teliti dalam melakukan pengecekan PO, harga, quantity, discount, program, dan data customer.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik untuk melakukan follow-up dan koordinasi dengan Sales, SPV, Finance, Warehouse, dan departemen terkait.
Mampu melakukan monitoring PO, customer purchasing, program commercial, klaim hadiah, dan collection.
Mampu bekerja dengan target, deadline, dan volume pekerjaan yang tinggi tanpa mengurangi akurasi.
