What they need
- Menyiapkan dan memanggang seluruh produk, memastikan kualitas, rasa dan tekstur yang konsisten termasuk pembuatan toping, saus dan garnish untuk produk pastry & bakery, serta proses pembentukan (shaping), laminasi (lamination), dan penyelesaian (finishing) produk;
- Mematuhi dengan ketat resep, standard panduan penyajian setiap produk;
- Mengawasi Daily Worker saat produksi harian;
- Mengikuti instruksi dari Head Pastry & Bakery dalam pembuatan produk;
- Memelihara dan membersihkan alat, meja kerja dan area pastry & bakery secara rutin;
- Membantu CDP Bakery/Pastry dalam mengawasi stok bahan baku dan mengelola inventori
- Mencatat dan membuat laporan untuk seluruh barang keluar, produk, bahan baku yang sudah disiapkan (WIP) dan isian (filling) produk;
