KUALIFIKASI :
- Pendidikan S1 Hukum, Akuntansi, Keuangan, SDM, Psikologi, atau jurusan relevan lainnya
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun HR generalis atau compensation and benefit
- Menguasai proses analisa, pengelolaan data, dan penyajian data secara sistematis dan terstruktur melalui media digital
- Memahami administrasi penggajian, tunjangan, BPJS, dan pajak karyawan bersifat wajib
- Teliti, detail-oriented, serta mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data karyawan.
