What they need
Key Responsibilities
Melakukan proses payroll bulanan secara keseluruhan termasuk Outsourcing dan Pekerja Harian Lepas
Mengelola BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan.
Menghitung dan memastikan akurasi PPh 21.
Melakukan analisa struktur gaji dan salary review.
Membuat laporan manpower cost serta mengontrol budgeting tenaga kerja.
Melakukan improvement sistem HCMS terkait C&B.
Qualifications
S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan/Psikologi/SDMPengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Personalia dan C&B
Mahir menggunakan HCMS ORANGE/OranHR (WAJIB)
Memahami perpajakan PPh 21 secara komprehensif.
Mampu mengolah data dengan Excel (Pivot, Vlookup/Xlookup, dll).
Tegas, teliti, mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data, dan memiliki leadership yang baik.
Bersedia dengan waktu kerja Senin sampai dengan Sabtu
