What they need
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan S1 Arsitektur atau Teknik Sipil atau sejenisnya
- Pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun dalam project management / fit-out, diutamakan berpengalaman di industri healthcare (klinik/rumah sakit), hospitality, atau retail.
- Mampu membaca gambar kerja arsitektur/MEP dan menyusun BOQ (Bill of Quantities) serta estimasi RAB.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:
- Menyusun dan mengawal ketat jadwal konstruksi (Gantt charl) serta mengawasi realisasi pengeluaran konstruksi agar sesuai budget.
- Melakukan inspeksi harian/berkala, menyeleksi kontraktor pelaksana, dan mengawal progres fit-out, instalasi utilitas, dan kesesuaian BOQ
- Melakukan checklist menyeluruh pada hasil bangunan dan menjembatani serah terima aset dari kontraktor ke manajemen operasional klinik.
- Menjadi PIC utama dan menjembatani alur kerja proyek dengan departemen Aset, Legal (terkait perizinan bangunan). HC, dan Finance (terkait termin pembayaran vendor) tanpa membebani operasional harian mereka.
