1. Content Strategy
- Menyusun strategi konten berdasarkan brand positioning & business goals Brooklyn.
- Menentukan content pillar untuk TikTok, Instagram, dan channel digital lainnya.
- Menentukan tone of voice dan direction komunikasi brand.
- Mengembangkan ide campaign dan konsep konten.
2. Content Planning
- Membuat monthly & weekly content plan.
- Menentukan tema, angle, objective, format, dan target audience setiap konten.
- Membuat content brief untuk Content Creator, Talent, Photographer/Videographer & Editor.
- Menentukan prioritas konten berdasarkan campaign dan product launch.
3. Trend & Consumer Insight
- Memantau tren TikTok, Instagram, lifestyle, gadget & Gen Z.
- Mencari insight mengenai kebutuhan dan behavior target audience.
- Mengubah tren menjadi ide yang relevan dengan Brooklyn.
- Melakukan competitor & market content analysis.
4. Campaign Development
- Mengembangkan konsep campaign dari ide → content direction → execution.
- Membuat campaign brief dan menentukan key message.
- Berkolaborasi dengan KOL/Affiliate team untuk mendukung campaign.
- Memastikan seluruh campaign konsisten dengan brand identity.
5. Content Performance
- Menganalisis performa konten: views, reach, engagement, saves, shares, CTR, dll.
- Mengidentifikasi konten yang performanya baik dan kurang baik.
- Memberikan rekomendasi improvement untuk content berikutnya.
- Membuat monthly content performance report.
6. Brand Consistency
- Menjaga konsistensi komunikasi Brooklyn di seluruh channel.
- Memastikan visual, copywriting, messaging, dan campaign tetap sesuai brand direction.
- Mengembangkan brand storytelling agar Brooklyn tidak hanya dikenal sebagai toko accessories.
