- Membersihkan dan menyimpan peralatan yang telah digunakan
- Membantu chef dalam mengolah makanan
- Menggunakan peralatan dapur sesuai dengan fungsinya
- Membersihkan dan menyimpan peralatan dapur sesuai dengan karakter masing-masing alat
- Menggunakan bumbu dapur sesuai dengan kebutuhan secara tepat
- Memilih dan memasak sayuran sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan prosedur yang benar.
