- Pendidikan Min. SMA/SMK Tata Boga
- Diutamakan pengalaman dibidang FnB min. 1 tahun
- Mampu menjaga konsistensi rasa, kualitas, dan tampilan makanan
- Menguasai standar pengolahan makanan Western dan Asia (steak, pasta, grilled/pan-seared)
- Memahami standar food safety, hygiene, sanitasi dapur, dan penyimpanan bahan makanan
- Memahami pengolahan bahan baku, termasuk inventory control, pengurangan food waste, cost control bahan makanan
- Disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan berdedikasi tinggi
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift
