Kualifikasi Cook Dimsum
- Usia maksimal 35 tahun.
- Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK sederajat.
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Cook Dimsum minimal 1 tahun.
- Menguasai preparation dan proses pembuatan berbagai jenis dimsum.
- Memahami teknik memasak dimsum seperti steaming, boiling, dan frying.
- Mampu menjaga kualitas, rasa, tekstur, dan konsistensi produk.
- Memahami standar kebersihan dan food safety.
- Mampu bekerja cepat, teliti, dan dalam kondisi operasional yang ramai.
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap kebersihan area dan peralatan kitchen.
- Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
- Bersedia bekerja shift, weekend, dan hari libur.
- Bersedia ditempatkan sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
